Do You feel Like...
-
You've always wanted to sing but life, and fear, got in the way?
-
You used to sing into a hairbrush in front of a mirror, and somewhere down the road, that performer got buried?
-
Your voice doesn't quite sound the way you'd like it to?
-
You tell yourself someday you'll perform, but someday never gets here?
-
You're tired of watching someone else perform and wishing that were you?
-
You’re ready to feel grounded, embodied, and fully expressive when you perform?
-
You feel alone in your practice, craving a community?
-
You want to step on stage and actually enjoy performing instead of surviving it?
-
You’re ready, but you don't know where to start or how to make it real?
Imagine Instead...
-
Your voice flowing effortlessly, strong, resonant, and uniquely yours
-
Feeling calm, grounded, and alive in your body every time you sing
-
Letting your emotions move through you, not get stuck inside
-
Standing at a real microphone, in front of a real audience, and singing your song
-
Expressing yourself freely and being truly heard in voice and in spirit
-
Having a professional studio recording of yourself that you're genuinely proud of
-
Being able to tell people that you are a vocalist, a musician, a performer, and mean it!
-
Sharing music in a supportive circle of creatives who lift you up
-
Reconnecting with the joy that made you fall in love with singing in the first place
-
Knowing that you made that little kid in you that always wanted to be a star proud
After six months together, you'll:

Learn to trust yourself. You'll know somatic approaches to release constriction and let your body support your sound.

Trust your voice. You'll learn physical and emotional approaches to unlock your healthy, natural singing voice.

Have performed more than once. Karaoke, open mic, live concert. Each one builds on the last. By the finale you'll have proven to yourself repeatedly that you can do it.

Have something to show for it. A studio recording of your song. Professional photos and video of your concert performance. Tangible proof that you did the thing.
Stage Ready will help you:
-
Learn somatic and nervous-system calming tools to help keep you grounded for performance.
-
Get vocal functional training so your voice can become strong and reliable in a healthy, sustainable way.
-
Learn how to perform: what do do with your hands, your body, or when something unplanned happens.
-

-
Get that dream of being a star realized once and for all.

Your Six Week Journey
Month1: Get In Your Body.
We'll earn somatic techniques to release the muscle tension and nervous system patterns that have been shutting your voice down. You'll pick your song. You'll perform it for the group for the first time. It will feel terrifying. You will survive.
Month 2: Find Your Voice
We identify exactly where your voice needs work and start addressing it. Range, coordination, strength, breath. Your song deepens. The group gets safer. You start to trust yourself a little more.
Month 3: Go Public (first time)Karaoke night. Real room. Strangers. Low judgment. High adrenaline. This This is your first performance outside the safety net and the moment most people realize they can actually do this.
Month 4: Build on it
You've proven you can do it scared. Now we refine. Technique deepens, your song sharpens, and you start preparing for the next leap.
Month 5: Real Stage, Real Audience
Open mic. A real microphone, a real crowd, a real moment. Different audience expectations. But you know you've got this.
Month 6: The Big Performance
Live concert in a real venue. Studio recording of your song. Professional photos and video. This is the thing you'll show your great-grandkids. The thing you'll think about when someone asks what the coolest or bravest thing you've ever done was.

Who is Dev?

Hi, I'm Dev.
I used to cry when I had to sing in front of people. I'm not kidding. There are witnesses.
I've spent years performing in choirs, rock bands, plays, and musicals and I was scared every single time. What changed wasn't that the fear went away. What changed is I learned how to turn that fear into performance.
I've been teaching voice for over eight years. I spent seven of them as a vocal director and multi-instrument instructor at School of Rock where I led whole groups of students from beginner to getting on stage and performing a whole concert.
I'm trained in Somatic Voicework™ (the LoVetri Method), certified in group fitness, sound healing, yoga, and vocal pedagogy. I also have a double BA in History and Creative Writing, because understanding how a story works is the secret to performing it.

I built Stage Ready because I know exactly what it feels like to have a song inside you that you've never let anyone hear. And I know what it feels like on the other side.

Let me help you get there.

No. This program is designed for beginners and returning singers. You don't need to be good. You need to be willing.

What style of music is this for?
Whatever style you love. I specialize in rock and commercial music but Stage Ready works for any singer who wants to perform their song.
Where are sessions held?
At Fiercely Vocal Studio in Lafayette, CO. The concert finale will depend on numbers and availability.
What if I miss a session?
